About Weownna Lodge
Weownna Lodge is a beautiful fifty acre training and breeding facility located in the peaceful Tamborine Valley.
Weownna Lodge is managed by Lisa Koppman, a qualified EA NCAS Level 1 General instructor, currently training towards her Level 2 EA NCAS General. Lisa is available for private instruction or group lessons, in dressage, show jumping or cross-country - at your place or at Weownna Lodge.
Weownna Lodge started breeding quality Warmbloods over 12 years ago. "We started out breeding horses to get exactly what we wanted to ride and it grew from there", says Lisa, "We don't stand a stallion at stud, which gives us the flexibility to breed our mares to the stallions that best suit each individual mare. I believe in breeding trainable horses with good temperaments, that anyone can ride."
Lisa is a regular competitor in dressage, eventing and showjumping competitions. While always training at a higher level, she has competed upto pre-novice level eventing, Elementary level dressage and C and D grade showjumping with success.
Weownna Lodge is now offering agistment. Agistees have the option of a yard and stable at night with an individual paddock during the day, an individual paddock 24/7, or a shared paddock maximum of 2 horses per paddock. All options include access to all facilities and include full care with hay being supplied, agistees supply hard feed. Very reasonable rates with limited availability.
We can also offer full training for your horse on a weekly or casual basis. Each programme is individually tailored to suit each horse. Only limited vacancies available for horse training/educating.
