About Gilmandyke Angus
In February 2006 we initiated Gilmandyke Angus with the purchase of 86 female lots from Narangullen Angus stud, Yass. The following August we scoured the eastern seaboard and purchased a number of superior sires.

Spring 2007 saw the first drop of calves by these sires. They show great potential for our inaugural sale in August 2009. We invite you to take the opportunity to attend the Central West Beef Weekopen day to view the results of our breeding program. For two decades Kangaroobie has run a large scale commercial beef herd currently producing feeder steers for the B3 Jap market.
We aim to breed stud sires whose progeny will have superior growth rates, high lean meat yield and marbling. We have a long term focus on breeding highly fertile females with good milking ability and sound structure.
