Glatz’s Black Angus is based at Avenue Range in the South East of South Australia. This area, known as the Limestone Coast is renowned for being one of the premier breeding regions for beef cattle and prime lambs in Australia.

Black Angus is a family owned and operated business run by Ben and Samantha Glatz along with their sons Dylan and Jack. 

The Glatz’s can boast 22 years of breeding registered beef cattle and are currently calving 250 registered and performance recorded Angus females.

Due to longstanding industry involvement and a common sense approach to breeding Glatz’s Black Angus are a proven preferred supplier of practical Angus seedstock to the commercial beef sector of Southern Australia. 

Glatz’s Black Angus bred calves have reached Australian Record auction values and attract vigorous competition from buyers afar in weaner markets, Auctions Plus and on farm sales.
